Shipping Damage Claim Form
If you received a shipment that is damaged (visibly or once you open the box), please do the following:
- IMMEDIATELY FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW
- Keep the product with its original packaging and box
- Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s)
- Car Tuner Pro will contact the shipper once we receive the email info above to schedule a pickup if needed. DO NOT send it back to the return address without written approval from Car Tuner Pro.
- Shipping Claim Form Notice:
- You must fill out all related fields and attach related images if required. Failure to do so will slow down this process. Please allow us up to 72 business hours to respond back to your Shipping Claim Request. Once we receive your request, we will review the information to see what can be done based on the shipment details. Do not ship anything back until a RMA has been created for you.
